I was reading through a website this morning about some attendance software and the whole time I was thinking, man I wish these guys just had a video I could watch that could tell me about their offerings. There are so many sites now that offer just that, a short video that explains the basics of what they offer. I love it when I go onto a site, especially one that has very extensive offerings and there is a video to explain what it can do for me.
How does that translate over for churches? We’ve been giving some thought to redoing our youth ministry website but are we going to just fill it with stuff to read? Or should it be super-simple with very little text and a just a couple videos?
Maybe it’s just cause I’m lazy or maybe it has something to do with the times we live in, but I wanna see it instead or reading it!
